A Sustainable Future

Each year, the world produces over 300 million tonnes of plastic waste that ends up polluting landfills and oceans. By 2050, it’s estimated that there will be more plastic than fish in our oceans.

As the world becomes ever more conscious of its eco-footprint, it’s the responsibility of companies like ours to play their part by reducing their use of plastic packaging. Each of us can play a part in reducing our plastic waste and at Good Health Naturally, we’d like to share our commitment towards this goal along with what we’re doing to become a greener and more environmentally conscious company.

Our Sustainable Promise

In 2020, Good Health Naturally made an environmental pledge to only use glass and bio-based recyclable plastic packaging across our product lines.

Where possible, recyclable glass bottles are replacing plastic packaging. Other products, like our SerraEnzyme® range, are available in bio-based recyclable plastic packaging. This is a sustainable alternative made by producing biobased HDPE and LDPE from green polyethylene, using waste collected from the sugar cane industry that doesn’t require a food resource.

This makes our packaging 100% ethical and sustainable.

Revamping the product lines will continue throughout 2021.

How you’ll receive your order…

We’ve also changed how we pack our orders to be more environmentally friendly.

Bubble wrap has been replaced with Ecoflo compostable loose filling which is 100% biodegradable, odorless, and dust-free! Integrating Ecoflo, known as the original compostable loose-fill, helps better protect your purchase during shipment and substantially reduces environmental impact.

To wrap around glass items, we have introduced die-cut brown paper and white tissue interleaf paper, which create a 3D-honeycomb structure. This provides a unique packing solution that is fully recyclable, biodegradable, compostable, and eco-friendly.

Good Health Naturally continues the search for new advancements and alternatives in the packaging manufacturing industry, as we believe there is still a long way to go to protect our planet for generations to come.
